Tish DiazTish Diaz, Broadway Dreamers Accompanist and teaching artist, most recently starring in the band backing up the production for the hit Broadway show, Jersey Boys, in Las Vegas. She received her degree in Piano Performance at the University of Southern California, known for it’s prestigious faculty, and studied piano with world-renowned teachers Daniel Pollack and Eduardo Delgado. She was hired to play keyboards and sing backup for Andy Williams at his Moon River Theater in Branson, Missouri. While there she encountered many wonderful musicians from Nashville and got connected with the Grammy-nominated band, Wild Rose, which lead to a short tour and a performance at a country music festival in Meinerzhagen, Germany, with German country singer Tom Astor. She has worked with Robert Goulet, Pat and Debby Boone, the amazing ventriloquist Shari Lewis (and Lampchop, Charley Horse and Hush Puppy), Regis and Kathie Lee, and Glen Campbell. Theater Experience: “Mamma Mia”, “The Lion King” “Little Shop of Horrors”, and was a rehearsal pianist for the movie version of “Rent.” As the pianist for the ever popular “Teatro Zinzanni” she had the privilege of working with Grammy-award winning singers Thelma Houston and Sarah Dash, Lyle Lovett’s singer Francine Reed, and Tony-award winner Liliane Montivecchi, as well as musical-direct a concert/fundraiser featuring Huey Lewis for Joan Baez’s “Bread and Roses” organization.
