The safety and protection of children is the most important priority of Positively Arts.
To report child abuse or neglect immediately contact the Clark County Child Protective Services at (702) 399-0081 or the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department at (702) 828-3364. If the situation is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Positively Arts Child Protection Code of Conduct
All employees, volunteers, teachers, and contractors must comply with the Positively Arts Child Protection Code of Conduct at all times. Youth Protection training is required for all Positively Arts employees, volunteers, teachers and others working with children.

1. Treat children with respect regardless of race, color, gender, language, religion, political or another opinion, national, ethnic or social origin, property, disability, birth, or another status.
2. Not use language or behavior towards children that is inappropriate, harassing, abusive, sexually provocative, demeaning, or culturally inappropriate.
3. Wherever possible, ensure that another adult is present when working in the proximity of children.
4. Use any computers, mobile phones, video cameras, cameras, or social media appropriately, and never to exploit or harass children or access child exploitation material through any medium.
5. Comply with all state and federal laws and statutes, including labor laws as they relate to the welfare of children.
6. Immediately report concerns or allegations of child exploitation and abuse to law enforcement.
